Disable or delete a user

Users can be disabled and deleted by the Account Owner and users with the iam.admin role.

Control panel users can only be deleted. Service users can be disabled or deleted.

Delete a user

1. In the control panel, on the top menu, click IAM.

2. Go to the section with the required user type:

   • Users — for users with control panel access;
   • Service users — for service users.

3. In the user's menu, click Delete.

4. Enter the user's email to confirm.

5. Click Delete.

Disable a service user

A disabled user will not be able to log in with their credentials. You can enable the user at any time.

1. In the control panel, on the top menu, click IAM.
2. Go to the Service users section.
3. In the row with the user, in the Status column, turn off the toggle.
