Set up Telegram bot

In the Telegram bot, you can view your account balance, receive notifications, and request accounting documents. Learn more in the Telegram bot capabilities subsection.

You can link multiple Servercore accounts to a single Telegram account.

To use the Telegram bot, connect Telegram to your account.

Telegram bot capabilities

User capabilities in the Telegram bot are determined by:

• the role assigned to them by the Account Owner or a user with the iam.admin role;
• and the notification categories they are subscribed to.

In the Telegram bot, you can:

• view the current account balance;
• receive notifications for categories you are subscribed to;
• receive notifications about ticket updates if the ticket category matches a category you are subscribed to;
• enable and disable notifications in the Telegram bot settings for ticket updates and categories you are subscribed to in the control panel;
• for legal entities: request accounting documents for the last three months and download them in the bot at any time.

Connect Telegram to account

1. Log in to Telegram.
2. In the control panel, in the upper right corner, open the menu and click View all.
3. Go to My notification settings.
4. In the Channels block, on the Telegram line, click Connect.
5. Scan the QR code or follow the link to Telegram.
6. In the chat with the Telegram bot, send the /start command.
7. Optional: to receive notifications in the Telegram bot by category and about ticket updates, subscribe to notification categories.

Disconnect Telegram from account

1. In the control panel, in the upper right corner, open the menu and click View all.
2. Go to My notification settings.
3. In the Channels block, on the Telegram line, click Disconnect.
