Working with multiple accounts

If you have multiple accounts in the Control panel, you can log in to each of them and switch between them.

If necessary, you can log out of one or all accounts at once.

Log in to one or more accounts

If you have multiple accounts, the order in which you log in to them does not matter.

You can view the list of accounts you have logged into in the Control panel in the upper right corner of the menu (account number) → section Other accounts.

  1. In the Control panel, enter your account number or select an account from the list if you have logged in before. You can view the account number:

    • in the payment purpose field of a payment order;
    • in acts of work performed;
    • in notifications from no-reply@servercore.com.

  2. Enter the account password. If you have forgotten your password, reset it.

  3. Click Sign in.

Switch between accounts

To switch to a different account, you do not need to log out of the current account, enter account details, or perform two-factor authentication.

In the Control panel, open the menu in the upper right corner (account number) and select the account you want to switch to.

Log out of one or all accounts

You can log out of one account or all of them at once. If you have logged out of an account, you will need to enter your account details and perform two-factor authentication the next time you log in.

  1. Switch to the account you want to log out of.
  2. In the Control panel, open the menu in the upper right corner (account number) and select Log out.
