Working with multiple accounts

If you have multiple accounts in the control panel, you can log in to each of them and switch between them.

If necessary, you can log out of one or all accounts at once.

Log in to one or more accounts

If you have multiple accounts, the order in which you log in to them does not matter.

You can view the list of accounts you have logged in to in the control panel in the upper-right corner in the menu (account number) → Other accounts section.

  1. In the control panel, enter the account number or select an account from the list if you have already logged into it before. You can find the account number in:

    • in the payment purpose field of a payment order;
    • in acts of work performed;
    • notifications from no-reply@servercore.com.

  2. Enter your account password. If you forgot your password, reset it.

  3. Click Log in.

Switch between accounts

To switch to a different account, you do not need to log out of the current account, enter account details, or perform two-factor authentication.

In the control panel, in the upper-right corner, open the menu (account number) and select the account you want to switch to.

Log out of one or all accounts

You can sign out of one account or all of them at once. If you sign out of an account, you will need to enter your account credentials and complete two-factor authentication the next time you sign in.

  1. Switch to the account you want to log out of.
  2. In the control panel, in the upper-right corner, open the menu (account number) and select Log out.
