Notifications in the control panel

You cannot disable these notifications or control which notification categories are visible to users with a specific role.

The visibility of notifications in the control panel depends solely on the access scope of the user (account or project).

Email notifications

You can configure email notifications (email-notifications):

Subscribing to email notifications and unsubscribing from them for different recipients can be performed by the Account Owner and users with the iam.admin role. Email notifications may be available to a specific group of recipients among those who are subscribed to them.

You can see which notification categories you are subscribed to in the control panel: in the upper-right corner, open the menu (account number) → ProfileNotification settings.

If you have been subscribed to email notifications, you can enable them for yourself in Telegram.

Email notification recipients

The following can receive email notifications:

  • Account Owner — receives all notifications and cannot disable them;
  • users — receive notifications for categories they are subscribed to;
  • subscribers — receive notifications for the categories they are subscribed to. They do not have a user account or access to the control panel. Managing subscribers and their notifications can only be done by the Account Owner and users with the iam.admin.

Email notification availability

If a recipient has been subscribed to a notification category, the availability of a specific notification depends on which recipients it is intended for.

A notification can be intended for one of the recipient groups:

  • all notification recipients:

    • Account Owner;
    • users regardless of their role and access scope;
    • subscribers;
  • account notification recipients:

    • Account Owner;
    • users with the member role in the Account access scope and billing;
    • subscribers;
  • project notification recipients:

    • users with the member and reader roles in the Project access scope and a selected project;
    • account notification recipients — they receive notifications for all projects.
