Manage notification recipients

Account Owner and a user with the iam.admin role can manage notification recipients — Control panel users and subscribers.

For notification recipients, you can allow and prohibit categories and products.

You can also manage subscribers — add, edit name and email address, delete.

Allow categories and products for a notification recipient

For your information

Categories and products for a notification recipient can be allowed by the Account Owner and a Control panel user with the iam.admin role.

1. In the Control panel, in the upper right corner, open the menu and click .
2. In the row with the control panel user or subscriber, click .
3. In the Categories field, select the checkboxes for the notification categories that the control panel user will be able to subscribe to and that the subscriber will receive notifications for.
4. If you selected a category divided by products in step 3, select the product checkboxes in the Products field.
5. Click Save.

Prohibit categories and products for a notification recipient

Categories and products for a notification recipient can be prohibited by the Account Owner and a Control panel user with the iam.admin role.

1. In the Control panel, in the upper right corner, open the menu and click .
2. In the row with the control panel user or subscriber, click .
3. In the Categories field, clear the checkboxes for the notification categories that the control panel user will not be able to subscribe to and that the subscriber will not receive notifications for.
4. If you selected a category divided by products in step 3, select the product checkboxes in the Products field.
5. Click Save.

Manage subscribers

Add a subscriber

For your information

Subscribers can be added by the Account Owner and a Control panel user with the iam.admin role.

1. In the Control panel, in the upper right corner, open the menu and click .
2. Click Add subscriber.
3. Enter the subscriber's email address.
4. Enter the subscriber's name.
5. Select notification categories.
6. If you selected a category divided by products in step 3, select the product checkboxes in the Products field.
7. Click Add. The subscriber will be added to the list of notification recipients with the Subscriber tag.

Edit subscriber's name and email address

For your information

A subscriber's name and email address can be changed by the Account Owner and a Control panel user with the iam.admin role.

1. In the Control panel, in the upper right corner, open the menu and click .
2. In the row with the subscriber, click .
3. Optional: edit the subscriber's email address.
4. Optional: edit the subscriber's name.
5. Click Save.

Delete a subscriber

For your information

Subscribers can be deleted by the Account Owner and a Control panel user with the iam.admin role.

1. In the Control panel, in the upper right corner, open the menu and click .
2. In the row with the subscriber, click .
3. Enter the subscriber's email address to confirm deletion.
4. Click Delete.
