• merged cloud_network and cloud_load_balancers services with the vpc service. The vpc service is responsible for operations with cloud platform networks, cloud firewalls, private DNS, security groups, and cloud load balancers;
• merged cloud_compute, cloud_blockstorage and cloud_lisence into the compute service. The compute service is responsible for operations with licenses, cloud servers, network disks, disk snapshots, network disk backups, and cloud server images;
• renamed the cloud_filestorage service to filestorage service.

• added dedicated service events for dedicated servers;
• added vpc service events for private DNS;
• added mks service events for Managed Kubernetes.
