We generate and send accounting documents monthly.

Types of accounting documents depend on the country of residency.

Services in a single account cannot be billed with different sets of accounting documents. If you need separate accounting for different services, create a new account and transfer the required services to it.

Types of accounting documents

Uzbekistan

Tax invoice — a document confirming the amount of services rendered and the VAT amount in a specific reporting month.

Certificate of completion — provided in addition to the tax invoice and confirms the amount of services rendered in a specific reporting month.

The document format is regulated by law.

Kazakhstan

Certificate of completion — a document confirming the amount of services rendered in a specific reporting month.

The format of the certificate of completion is regulated by law.

Kenya

Invoice (Tax invoice) — a document confirming the provision of services and their cost. It includes a description, quantity, cost of goods and services, and the tax levied. The invoice is generated with a QR code containing all information for submission to the tax authority.
