Refund by wire transfer

Refunds are processed within 5 business days. If the bank requests additional information or documents confirming the payment, we will contact you via ticket. In this case, the refund period will be extended.

For individuals

For a partial refund or to cancel an entire payment, create a ticket and attach:

• a completed application form for individuals; we will provide a template for you to fill out in the ticket;
• a copy of your passport.

For legal entities

For a partial refund or to cancel an entire payment, create a ticket and attach:

• a completed application form for legal entities; we will provide a template for you to fill out in the ticket;
• if the application is signed by someone other than the CEO, a copy of the power of attorney.

Refund unused money upon contract termination

Transfer money to third parties

Money cannot be refunded to third parties. Funds are only refunded to the Account Owner (the person with whom the contract is signed).

Exceptions include cases of reorganization or liquidation of a legal entity, where the rights and obligations of the Account Owner may be transferred to third parties by operation of law or based on legally significant documents.
