Spend reward

The reward is credited to the referral balance every month no later than the 15th. To spend the reward, you must withdraw it from the referral balance.

Every month, before the 15th, we send you a ticket with information about the referral remuneration amount you earned in the previous month and the total referral balance. If the total referral balance exceeds the minimum withdrawal amount, you can withdraw the remuneration to your current account.

The minimum withdrawal amount depends on the country specified during account registration:

  • Uzbekistan — 2 000 000 UZS;
  • Kazakhstan — 250 000 tenge;
  • Kenya — 50 000 Kenyan shillings, 325 EUR, or 350 USD.

Withdraw reward to current account

  1. Open the ticket in which you received information about the accrued referral reward, or create a new one.
  2. In the ticket, state that you want to withdraw money from the referral balance to your current account and specify the desired amount.
  3. Wait for a Servercore employee to approve the withdrawal amount and provide the list of required documents and the method for sending them.
  4. Prepare and send the required documents using the indicated method.
  5. If you sent documents via the EDI system, inform us in the ticket that the documents have been sent.
