Reports

In addition to accounting documents, the following are generated monthly for your account:

  • Report on services provided is a document that reflects the amount of funds spent on services in a calendar month. Grouped by project;
  • Expenses report is a document that reflects the balance deduction history for a calendar month.

Service usage report

The report on rendered services reflects the total amount spent on services during a calendar month. The report is grouped by projects.

The service usage report is not an accounting document, but it can be useful for statistics and other reporting.

Service usage reports have been available since June 2024.

The report on services provided can be viewed in the control panel or downloaded in CSV format.

The report in CSV format contains:

  • account number;
  • account owner name;
  • project name and ID;
  • product and name of the service that was paid for;
  • optional: name and ID of the object that was paid for — for example, a server or disk;
  • optional: name and ID of the parent object that was paid for — a dedicated or cloud server that has connections to another object, such as a disk;
  • optional: name and ID of the resource that was paid for — an object metric, such as vCPU or RAM;
  • service provision period;
  • quantity, specified in units of measurement of the service or its resource;
  • balance from which the payment was made;
  • total cost of the service.

The report is generated and appears in the control panel monthly.

Billing report

The charge report reflects the history of balance charges for a calendar month. The charge report is not an accounting document but can be useful for keeping payment statistics and other reporting.

The data in the expenses report does not match the data in the UTD. The expenses report records the amounts deducted from the balance, while the UTD records the cost of services actually provided in a calendar month.

The expenses report can be sent by email or downloaded in PDF format.

The report contains:

  • name of the service;
