Direct public IP addresses
Direct public IP addresses are not available in pools uz-1, uz-2, ke-1.
Direct public IP addresses are static IP addresses that can be connected to cloud servers to configure access to and from the Internet for them.
Direct public IP addresses are not processed by a cloud router using 1:1 NAT, but are connected directly to a cloud server. Due to the lack of NAT, this type of internet connection is more fault-tolerant and faster, but less secure than connecting via a floating public IP address.
A direct public IP address is created together with a port. When a direct public IP address is deleted, the port is deleted along with the IP address.
When created, a direct public IP address is allocated from a pool of addresses automatically; it cannot be selected.
A port with a direct public IP address has one IP/MAC address pair; you cannot add additional allowed IP/MAC addresses to it.
A direct public IP address can only be used within a single project and a single pool.
There are traffic volume limits for direct public IP addresses—bandwidth. You can view them in the Bandwidth table.
You can manage direct public IP addresses in the Control panel.
