View cloud firewall status

  1. In the Control panel, on the top menu, click Products and select Cloud Servers.

  2. Go to the Firewalls section.

  3. View the status in the firewall row.

    ACTIVEThe firewall is enabled, assigned to at least one router port, and is operational
    CREATINGThe firewall is being created
    CREATEDThe firewall has been created
    INACTIVEThe firewall is not assigned to any ports
    DOWNThe firewall is disabled
    UPDATINGThe firewall is updating after a rule list change
    DELETINGThe firewall is being deleted
    ERRORA firewall error has occurred. To fix the error, create a ticket
