View load balancer status

Two statuses are displayed for the load balancer:

View load balancer operating status

  1. In the Control panel, on the top menu, click Products and select Cloud Servers.

  2. Go to the Load Balancers section → Load Balancers tab.

  3. Check the status in the load balancer card.

ONLINEThe load balancer is running, and all target groups are accepting traffic according to the specified rules
OFFLINEThe load balancer is not processing requests and is turned off
DEGRADEDThere are unavailable servers in the load balancer's target groups, but all groups continue to accept traffic
ERROROne of the target groups has stopped accepting requests, or a load balancer error has occurred. If all servers are working correctly and have the status ONLINE, create a ticket
NO_MONITORHealth checks are not enabled for the load balancer's target groups. If all load balancer servers have this status, the load balancer status is ≠ ONLINE

View instance configuration status

  1. In the Control panel, on the top menu, click Products and select Cloud Servers.

  2. Go to the Load Balancers section → Load Balancers tab.

  3. Check the status in the load balancer card in the Instance configuration status field.

ACTIVEThe latest settings have been successfully applied to the load balancer
CREATINGA load balancer or an object within it (rule, HTTP policy, target group, or server in a group) is being created
UPDATINGYour latest settings are being applied to the load balancer
ERRORAn error occurred while applying the settings. Traffic is being balanced according to the old settings. Try to update the settings again; if the error persists, create a ticket
DELETINGThe load balancer is being deleted
