Manage a private pool segment

In private pool segments, an administrator or account owner can create private flavors. These flavors can be used to create cloud servers in private pool segments across all projects.

Create a private flavor

1. In the Control panel, on the top menu, click Products and select Cloud servers.

2. Go to the Servers section → Manage private pool.

3. Click Create flavor.

4. Specify the number of vCPUs.

5. Specify the RAM size.

6. Optional: if local disks are available in the private pool, select the Local SSD NVMe disk checkbox to use the local disk as a boot disk.

7. Optional: select a GPU if GPUs are available in the private pool.

8. Specify the number of graphics cards.

9. Click Create flavor.

Delete a flavor

If you delete a flavor, you will not be able to rebuild a cloud server that was created from this flavor.

1. In the Control panel, on the top menu, click Products and select Cloud servers.

2. Go to the Servers section → Manage private pool.

3. In the flavor row, click .

4. Enter the flavor name.

5. Click Delete.
