Account Notifications

You can receive email notifications:

  • on the state of the infrastructure and the balance sheet;
  • changes to the tickets;
  • notifications that come in the control panel.

Email notifications are categorized and can have different accessibility.

A user with the Account Owner role receives all notifications. Only users with the Account Owner or User Admin roles can subscribe or unsubscribe a user to a category.

You can connect Telegram notifications for the Balance and Payments category.

Notification categories

For your information

A user with the Subscriber role can only access the Accounting Documents and Balance and Payments categories.

Account and contract
  • Changing profile data;
  • contract modification;
  • changing the terms and conditions of the affiliate program;
  • changes in the terms and conditions of services;
  • account deletion
Accounting documents
  • Invoices to pay;
  • reporting documents;
  • change in payment information;
  • change in payment processing
Balance sheet and payments
  • Indebtedness;
  • refund;
  • postponement of blocking or deletion of the resource for non-payment;
  • a debit from the account;
  • replenishment problems
Planned works
  • Technical work that affects your infrastructure;
  • accidents and malfunctions
Services and facilities
  • Status of services and services used;
  • ordering new infrastructure;
  • product updates

Availability of notifications

Notices may be available:

  • to all users;
  • account level users — roles Account Owner, Account Administrator, Billing Administrator, User Administrator, Subscriber;
  • users with access to the project — Project Administrator and Project Supervisor roles for the selected project, as well as all account level users.

Availability is determined when you create a notification on the Servercore side, you cannot change it.

Subscribe to a notification category

For your information

Only users with the Account Owner and User Administrator roles can subscribe to a notification category.

  1. In the control panel, go to the Account section.
  2. Go to the User Subscriptions section.
  3. Open the tab of the desired notification category.
  4. Click Add Recipients.
  5. Select the recipients of the notifications.
  6. Click Add.

Unsubscribe from the notification category

For your information

Only users with the Account Owner and User Admin roles can unsubscribe a user from a notification category. A user with the Account Owner role cannot be unsubscribed from notifications.

  1. In the control panel, go to the Account section.
  2. Go to the User Subscriptions section.
  3. Open the tab of the desired notification category.
  4. In the row with the desired user, click .
  5. Enter the user's email.
  6. Click Delete. The user will be notified that they have been unsubscribed from notifications.

Connect notifications in Telegram

For your information

Notifications in Telegram are not available for users with the Subscriber role.

If you are subscribed to the "Balance and Payments" category notifications, you can connect notifications in Telegram. If you are not subscribed to the "Balance & Payments" category, contact your Account Owner or User Admin first — they can subscribe you to the right category of notifications.

  1. Authorize on Telegram.
  2. In the control panel, on the top menu, click Account.
  3. Go to the Subscriptions section.
  4. In the Telegram block, click Connect.
  5. Scan the QR code or follow the link on Telegram.
  6. Send the /start command.

Turn off notifications in Telegram

  1. In the control panel, on the top menu, click Account.
  2. Go to the Subscriptions section.
  3. In the Telegram block, click Disable.
