Working with the user agreement
The User Agreement is a public offer. This means that when you register an account and top up your balance or activate a service, you agree with the terms and conditions and enter into a user agreement electronically.
The law does not require you to sign a paper user agreement. If you need a document that says we are providing products and services to you, file a ticket. We will prepare an information letter about the concluded contract and send it in hard copy.
We reserve the right to make changes to the user agreement If there are changes in the law or in our internal processes.
Re-issue the user agreement you can't put it in another person's name.
The User Agreement is automatically renewed annually and is valid until either party renews it dissolve.
Enter into a user agreement
The User Agreement shall be deemed to be concluded after dashboard registration.
Immediately after the conclusion of the user agreement, the number and date of the user agreement are assigned.
Changing the user agreement
We reserve the right to amend the User Agreement if there are changes in the law or in our internal processes.
If we make changes, we will send you a notice in your dashboards 15 calendar days before the changes take effect.
If you do not agree with the changes and want to disenroll from services, within 10 calendar days after you are notified of the changes file a ticket and notify us of the termination of the agreement. The User Agreement will terminate when the new terms and conditions take effect.

Re-issue the user agreement
It is not possible to transfer the user agreement to another person, you must enter into a new agreement for a different account. If you wish to continue to use the services, transfer them to a new account.
Terminate the user agreement
The User Agreement is automatically renewed annually and is valid until terminated by either party:
- we unilaterally terminate the User Agreement after we learn about the liquidation of a legal entity through an official source. In this case, we will send you a ticket with a notice of termination of the user agreement;
- you may initiate termination of the User Agreement at any time.
Upon termination of the user agreement, the account will be deleted.

Before terminating the agreement:
- refuse active services, you can see them in the control panels in the menu (account number) → Balance sheet and payments → section Services;
- pay off the debt on the balance sheet;
- delete bank cards.

If there are funds left in the account, file a ticket for a refund, for more information see Refund of unused money upon termination of the contract instructions To return the money. In your refund request, please additionally specify that you want to terminate the User Agreement and for what reason.
We will refund unused funds and terminate the user agreement after 30 days.

If there are no funds left in the account, file a ticket to terminate the user agreement. If you wish to terminate the agreement sooner than 30 days, please specify the date you wish to terminate the agreement.
