Disable or delete a user

The Account Owner and User Administrator can disable and delete users.

A control panel user can only be deleted. A service user can be disabled or deleted.

Delete user⁠

1. in control panels from the top menu, press Account.

2. Go to the section with the desired user type:

   • Users — for control panel users;
   • Service users — for service users.

3. On the menu of the user press Delete.

4. Enter the user's email for confirmation.

5. Click Delete.

Disconnect the service user⁠

A disabled user will not be able to log in with their credentials. You can enable a user at any time.

1. В control panels from the top menu, press Account.
2. Go to the section Service users.
3. In the row with the user in the column Status turn off the toggle switch.
