Product Description Dedicated Servers
A dedicated server is a physical server with a prebuilt or custom configuration, whose resources are isolated and available for one client only. Servers are located in server rooms in Servercore data centers.
Types of server configurations:
- prebuilt servers – assembled and mounted in racks in advance. After ordering, the server will be available for operation in two minutes or more (excluding time for OS installation);
- custom servers – assembled at our production facility from components selected in the configurator. When ordering, you can choose any configuration to suit your tasks. Server preparation takes from two to five business days.
When ordering a dedicated server, you are provided with:
- server resources;
- internet connection using a bandwidth or traffic billing plan;
- public IPv4 address;
- connection to a private network (except for some Chipcore Line servers);
- KVM console for remote server management (for Chipcore Line servers when ordering the additional IP KVM for 3 Hours service);
- system for automatic OS installation and server booting in recovery mode;
- replacement of failed components and entire servers;
- 24 / 7 technical support.
Access to BIOS settings is not provided. Servers are commissioned with optimal settings and maximum performance. Any interference may lead to instability and accelerated wear, and will also disable automatic OS installation and disk wiping.
The product supports user types and roles and projects.
