View zone status

  1. In the Control panel, from the top menu, click Products and select DNS Hosting.

  2. In the Domain zones section, view the status in the zone row.

    NOT DELEGATED

    Servercore NS servers are not specified at the domain registrar: a.ns.srv.cr, b.ns.srv.cr, c.ns.srv.cr, d.ns.srv.cr, so resource records are served from the domain registrar's servers.

    If Servercore NS servers are specified at the registrar, ensure that at least one resource record, other than NS and SOA records, has been added to the zone.

    The zone delegation check for the NOT DELEGATED status occurs every 15 minutes

    DELEGATEDManagement of domain resource records has been delegated to Servercore servers; resource records are served from Servercore servers
    DEACTIVATEDThe zone has been deactivated; resource records are not being served from Servercore NS servers
