Servercore email service payment model and pricing
Balance
To pay for the service, depending on the account's balance type, a single balance or a cloud platform balance is used.
You can pay for the service with different types of funds: basic funds or bonuses.
Before paying, top up your balance.
Payment model
The Servercore email service uses a pay-as-you-go payment model—at the beginning of each hour, payment for emails sent during the previous hour is deducted from your balance.
Blocking resources if there are insufficient funds on the balance
If there are insufficient funds on your balance to pay for the email service at the time of deduction, emails will continue to be sent on credit.
If within 14 days from the moment of insufficient funds you do not top up your balance by the debt amount, email sending will be stopped, and resources will be deleted without the possibility of recovery. The debt is not written off after deleting resources.
To resume sending emails, you need to top up your balance by the debt amount within 14 days from the moment of insufficient funds. The debt will be automatically cleared.
View consumption
You can view consumption in the Control panel: in the top menu, click Products → Email service → Consumption.
Data is presented as consumption and payment charts. You can view consumption by project and sort it by time period. Data is updated every hour.
To export consumption and payment details in .csv format, click Download CSV and choose how rows should be grouped in the export (by hour, day, week, month, or year).
Prices
The price is set for every 1000 emails sent, including unsuccessful attempts.
Up to 1000 emails per month are free. After exceeding this number, the price will depend on the number of emails sent per month:
- up to 1 million emails;
- up to 10 million emails;
- up to 100 million emails;
- more than 100 million emails.
When the number of emails sent in the current month exceeds the next range, the price for subsequent emails decreases.
Accounting documents
After payment, you can receive accounting documents.
