Global router status

Global router status

1. In control panel from the top menu, press Products and select Global router.

2. Look at the status in the global router line.

   If the router is hung in one of the statuses, file a ticket.

   CREATING	A router is created
   IMMUTABLE	The router is built with non-standard settings. To change the settings of such a router, its networks or static routes, file a ticket
   UPDATING	The router is being upgraded
   DELETING	The router is being removed
   DELETED	The router has been completely removed
   ERROR	The router is working with an error. To correct the error, file a ticket
