Enable displaying system buckets

System buckets store object segments that were uploaded using segmented upload.

By default, system buckets are not displayed in the control panel in the S3 bucket list.

1. In the control panel, in the top menu, click Products and select S3.
2. Go to the Settings section.
3. In the Segmented buckets block, turn on the Show in listing toggle.
4. Click Save.
