Enable displaying system buckets

Service buckets store segments of objects uploaded using segmented upload.

By default, system buckets are not displayed in the control panel in the S3 bucket list.

1. In the Control Panel, in the top menu, click Products and select S3.
2. Go to the Settings section.
3. In the Buckets with segments block, turn on the Show in listing toggle switch.
4. Click Save.
