Payment model and prices of a dedicated server

You can pay for a dedicated server in a number of ways types of funds: fixed assets, bonuses.

Payment Model
When ordering a dedicated server for it, you need to select tariff plan and traffic consumption pattern. The tariff plan determines the duration of the paid period and the payment amount. Traffic consumption model — limits of traffic included in the tariff plan.
The first tariff period starts on the day of delivery of the dedicated server. This day will be the payment day. The payment day, payment amount and duration of the tariff period can be viewed in the following table control panels on the server page → tab Services. If necessary, you can change the tariff plan and payment day. When the tariff period ends, the server is automatically extended for the same period.
Payment is deducted in a lump sum for the entire period. When paying, bonuses are debited first, then fixed assets. If bonuses are insufficient, the balance is deducted from fixed assets based on the calculation of the daily cost of the server — per day by one type of funds.
When ordering additional services for a dedicated server, they are charged in accordance with Additional services payment model.
If a dedicated server is no longer needed, give up the server.
Tariff plans
Types of tariff plans
- 1 day;
- 1 month;
- 3 months — 3% discount;
- 6 months — 7% discount;
- 12 months — 15% discount.
Change tariff plan and payment day
If you change the rate plan and payday for a server, the rate plan and payday for its additional services with payment according to the tariff plan.
- In control panels go to Servers and hardware → Servers.
- On the menu. of the server card, select Change tariff plan and payment day. By default, the payment day is the day of server delivery. If the server was ordered on September 1 and delivered on September 3, the payment day will be on the third day.
- Select a new rate plan.
- Optional: enter a new payday.
- Click Save changes. The next payday will not change. The payment day will change only in the next tariff period.
Blocking if there are insufficient funds on the balance
If at the moment of debiting there are not enough funds on the balance for full payment, the server will be extended and continue to be charged daily for some time, depending on the tariff plan:
- server with tariff plans 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months — after four days the ports of access to the local network and the Internet are blocked, after 10 days it is deleted without the possibility of recovery;
- server with 1 day tariff plan — access is blocked immediately, after 24 hours it is deleted without possibility of recovery.
Holidays and weekends are not included in the calculation.
If there are not enough funds on the balance to pay for a day, the server will be charged in debt. The debt does not burn off after the server is deleted.
If the money takes a long time or there is no possibility to replenish the balance, legal entities can defer payment up to five days.
Payment model for additional services
When ordering additional services, their payment model depends on the type of service:
- services with payment by server tariff plan — tied to the tariff plan of the dedicated server, renewed and paid automatically together with it. The services will continue to be charged until the dedicated server is terminated. To stop charging, disconnect the service;
- services with their own payment period — the payment period is selected when ordering services, they are prolonged and paid automatically. Actions with a dedicated server do not affect the status of services. To stop charging, disconnect the service;
- services with one-time payment — paid one-time at the moment of connection and are not automatically prolonged.
