View cloud firewall status

  1. In Control Panel, go to Cloud PlatformFirewalls.

  2. Look at the status in the firewall line.

    ACTIVEFirewall is enabled, assigned to at least one port on the router and running
    CREATINGFirewall is created
    CREATEDFirewall is created
    INACTIVEFirewall is not assigned to any port
    DOWNFirewall is turned off
    UPDATINGFirewall is updated when the list of rules is changed
    DELETINGFirewall is deleted
    ERRORAn error occurred in the firewall. To correct the error, create a ticket
