Balances

The account balance is the account from which services are paid according to the payment models. You top up and funds are deducted from it when ordering or renewing services.

There are two types of funds on the balance sheet that can be used to pay for services:

• fixed assets — cash deposits;
• bonuses — compensation from Servercore.

You can view the balance status in control panels: open the account menu in the upper right corner → Balance and payments → tab Billing Overview.
