Defer payment for groceries

Individuals and businesses can defer payment for some products — products will continue without blocking if there are insufficient funds in the balance to pay.

Deferred payment will allow products to continue without locking if there are insufficient funds in the balance to pay. The products will continue to operate in debt for four business days, excluding weekends. If you do not pay within four days, all products will be blocked — and you will continue to be charged for them. If you continue to fail to pay, we will remove the resources in accordance with the products' SLAs.

You can deferred payment for the products on the list:

  • products Cloud platform: Cloud Servers, Cloud Platform Networks, File Storage, Managed Kubernetes, Cloud Databases, Security Groups, Secrets Manager;
  • Object Storage.

Deferred payment is available if conditions are met:

  • you are a resident of Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan or Kenya;

  • you have spent in the last month to pay for any groceries based on your residency:

    • Kazakhstan — over 150,000 KZT;
    • Uzbekistan — over 3,500,000 UZS;
    • Kenya — over 40,000 KES;

  • you have a positive balance at the time delay connections.

Connect deferral⁠

  1. В control panels from the top menu, press Billing.
  2. Go to the section Deferred payment.
  3. Click Connect deferral.
  4. Check the box I agree to the terms of the contract.
  5. Click Connect.

Deactivate deferral⁠

  1. В control panels from the top menu, press Billing.
  2. Go to the section Deferred payment.
  3. Click Disconnect.
