Product Description Dedicated Servers
A dedicated server is a physical server of off-the-shelf or custom configuration, whose resources are isolated and available for one client only. Servers are located in server rooms in Servercore data centers.
Types of server configurations:
- off-the-shelf servers — are assembled and rack-mounted in advance. After ordering, the server will be available for operation from two minutes (not including time for OS installation);
- servers of any configuration — are assembled on our assembly from components selected in the configurator. When ordering you can choose any configuration for your tasks. Server preparation takes from two to five working days.
When ordering a dedicated server is provided:
- server resources;
- internet connection with speed or traffic metering scheme;
- public IPv4 address;
- connection to a private network (except for some Chipcore Line servers);
- KVM console for remote control of the server (for Chipcore Line servers when ordering additional service IP-KVM connection for 3 hours);
- system of automatic OS installation and server booting in recovery mode;
- replacement of failed components and entire servers;
- technical support 24 / 7.
BIOS settings are not accessible. Servers are commissioned with optimal settings and maximum performance. Any tampering may result in unstable operation and accelerated wear and tear, as well as disabling automatic OS installation and disk cleanup.
The product supports user types and roles and projects.
