Spend the reward

Remuneration is received on the referral balance every month not later than on the 15th day of the month. To spend the reward, it must be withdrawn from the referral balance.

Every month by the 15th of the month we send you a ticket with information about the amount of referral rewards you earned during the previous month and the total amount of your referral balance. If the total amount of your referral balance exceeds the minimum amount for withdrawal, you can withdraw the rewards to your current account.

The minimum amount for withdrawal depends on the country that was specified when registering an account:

  • Uzbekistan - 2,000,000 soums;
  • Kazakhstan - 250,000 tenge;
  • Kenya - 50,000 Kenyan shillings, 325 euros or 350 dollars.

Withdraw remuneration to current account

  1. Open the ticket where you received the information about the accrued referral reward or create a new one.
  2. In the ticket, write that you want to withdraw money from the referral balance to the current account and specify the desired amount.
  3. Wait until a Servercore employee agrees on the amount specified for withdrawal and provides a list of required documents and the method of sending them.
  4. Prepare and submit the required documents by the method indicated.
  5. If you sent the documents in the EDI system, the ticket will tell you that the documents have been sent.
