Telegram bot

Users with access to the control panel can independently link their account to a Telegram bot if they are subscribed to email notifications.

You can link multiple Servercore accounts to one Telegram account.

Telegram bot features

In a Telegram bot, a user has access to the features that are allowed by his role.

In the Telegram bot you can:

  • view the current balance;
  • to receive account notifications of Balance & Payments and Scheduled Works categories, if you are subscribed to notifications to the mail of these categories;
  • receive information about updates in tickets — the bot will send notifications about any actions in a ticket, these notifications cannot be controlled;
  • for legal entities: request reporting documents for the last three months and download them in the bot at any time.

You can manage your Telegram bot settings.

  1. Authorize on Telegram.
  2. In the control panel, on the top menu, click Account.
  3. Go to Notification Settings.
  4. In the Telegram block, click Connect.
  5. Scan the QR code or follow the link on Telegram.
  6. Send the /start command.

Manage Telegram bot settings

You can change the settings of some notifications in Telegram-bot — enable and disable the Balance and Payments and Scheduled Work categories.If you disable category notifications in Telegram-bot, they will continue to come to your email.

To change the settings in the Telegram bot, tap MenuNotifications and follow the instructions.

  1. In the control panel, on the top menu, click Account.
  2. Go to Notification Settings.
  3. In the Telegram block, click Disable.
